Delete your JobPata account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, discovery card, applications, messages, uploaded documents, and your sign-in itself. This cannot be undone.

Fastest way: in the app

1. Open JobPata and sign in with your mobile number (+91).
2. Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your data is removed immediately; the account record is fully purged within 24 hours.

No access to the app?

Email privacy@jobpata.com from any address, including the mobile number your account is registered with. We verify ownership with a one-time code to that number, then delete the account and all associated data within 7 days and confirm back to you.

What gets deleted

• Registration record (mobile number, name, role)
• Candidate profile and the public discovery card, or company profile and job listings
• Applications, contact requests, and message threads
• Uploaded documents (verification files, resumes, photos)
• The sign-in account itself — the number can register fresh later

The only thing retained: the admin audit log entry recording that a deletion was performed (no personal data beyond the account id), as required for compliance.
